About Prep Magazine

PREP was founded in Kentucky in 2004.
 
PREP has a broad-based readership within the industry including restaurants, school foodservice directors, private club managers, grocers, convienience stores, day care centers, caterers and suppliers to the industry. New food license holders in a three-state region begins to receive PREP magazine upon gaining their license to prepare and sell food professionally.
 
PREP has a staff of professional writers and journalists living the areas that they write about for the magazine.   Feature writers also offer well-written stories about businesses, issues and people, which are distributed to the entire distribution of the publication.
 
The information we provide about the industry is written "from the other side of the cash register."  Product and service providers to the industry utilize the marketing and advertising services of PREP magazine to effectively target this important niche industry.
